[She turned away from him for a moment, hoping that she wouldn’t tear up, she didn’t want to show any weakness] They..they were killed by by [she stuttered, she didn’t want to finish the sentence because it would be like reliving it all over again, the reason she would never like the Greengroves again]
[he puts a hand on her shoulder, shaking his head] Hey, it’s alright. You don’ have to tell me anything if you’re not ready to talk about it. [shrugs]
[She looked at him when she felt his hand on her shoulder] Its okay, Its just hard y’know? [She inhaled deeply regaining her composure] Their death caused so much more than grief [She sighed]
[nods] I mean, I haven’t been through what you’re going through but.. I get it. It’s not hard to see how much it’s affected you. [raises an eyebrow, tilting his head and squeezing her shoulder in reassurance] But I’m here, if you ever need someone to talk to.
[She smiled at him] Thanks Brian, you have no idea how much that means to me [she said turning to face him] Because there aren’t a lot of people who would do that
Well those people are all selfish gits too if they can’t even acknowledge the fact that one of their friends is hurting. [shakes his head, reaching up and brushing her hair behind her ear] But you don’ have to worry about them, cos you’ve got me. [smiles back]
[She couldn’t help but blush slightly as his hand moved to her face and brushed her hair behind her ear] I’m glad I have you [She smiled again] I guess we should get to the kitchens? [she said trying to get them back on track]
